Jerry Smith Builders, Inc. has been building custom homes in the triangle area since 1994. We have built well over 150 homes during that time period ranging in price from $150,000 to over $1 million.

Our goal is a quality home that our customers will be satisfied with for years after it is completed. We take great pride in serving the customer throughout the construction process and during the warranty period after closing.

We build 12 to 15 homes per year with a very hands on approach and daily job-site supervision. Our attention to detail and customer service have enabled us to establish a reputation as one of the leading custom homebuilders in the triangle.
