About Us:
Jerry started his company in 1994 building single family homes in Holly
Springs, NC. Since then, the company has built over 150 homes in Holly Springs,
Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill. Jerry has built custom homes in many award
winning neighborhoods including Sunset Ridge, Southern Village, Bedford Estates
and Highcroft. The company has built homes ranging in price from $150,000 to
over $1million. A satisfied customer is the goal every time with a strong
emphasis on customer service and warranty. Quality prevails as we work with
superior subcontractors that have been an integral part of our team for years.
Through this loyalty the company is able to provide the finest quality homes at
a fair price.
Jerry grew up in the triangle area and seen it change immensely over the past
years and is happy to be a part of the development and change that has occurred.
He was educated in the Wake County public schools and at NC State University.
Jerry currently resides in Raleigh with his wife and three children. He looks
forward to continuing in the building business for years to come.

Staff
Our superintendent, Scott Turner,
has been in the building business for over 15 years and overseas the
construction and warranty of all homes. His daily on site supervision is
invaluable in providing a quality product in a timely fashion. He is committed
to customer service and satisfaction.
Our office manager, Diane La Haie,
provides an excellent link between the office and the field. She is committed
to ensuring that the process of building and owning your new home is a positive
and exciting experience.
Our warranty and service provider
is Scott Prow. Scott has an eye for detail enabling him to help us provide the
highest quality possible in a quick and effecient manner for optimal customer
